The site work contractor is Cushing Construction and is shown here grubbing out the driveway that runs approximately 400 feet to the structure. ADE specified that the driveway be constructed to town road specifications due to the fact that later an additional 500 feet of road will be built to access another ADE project site. Building the driveway to town specifications allows the door to be opened for the town to maintain the road if future development were to accrue. |
